Novosagrađena kuća sa potpuno novim namještajem. Kuća se nalazi između Bala i Vodnjana u mjestu Batvači udaljenom oko 3 km od mora. Mjesto ima privatni bazen i parking. Prizemlje kuće je prilagođeno osobama s invaliditetom. U prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja s blagovaonicom, dnevni boravak sa Sat TV -om i klimom, WC, te 2 spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama. Na 1. katu su 2 spavaće sobe također sa svojim kupaonicama. Svaka soba ima klima uređaj. Mjesto je udaljeno 4 km od plaže Barbariga.

We stayed there for almost 2 weeks with the whole family. The villa is fully equiped and is very centraal located for all kind of trips. The owner is very friendly and helpfull.
All this made that we had an unforgetteble family holiday.

We spent our 2 week holiday in this wonderful villa. The villa was perfect for us - 6 adults including 2 with wheelchair. The bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor were very good accessible for people with wheelchairs. We enjoyed the spacious villa, the pool and the quiet, natural neighbourhood. The landlord family is very friendly and supportive.
The villa is perfectly located for excursions. Many places worth seeing, restaurants and beautiful beaches can be reached by car in 15 minutes to max. 1 hour. Shopping facilities are about 15 minutes away by car. We found parking spaces for people with wheelchairs everywhere.
In short we had wonderful, relaxing holidays.

Schönes Haus mit komplett gefliestem Erdgeschossbereich in Holzoptik. Moderne große Einbauküche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Moderne Möbel und TV, Wlan….Gasgrill vorhanden. Schöner, großer Pool mit 8 Liegen zum Sonnen. Stellplätze für 4 PKW und super netten Besitzern. Wir blieben immer per SMS in Kontakt und konnten sogar eher einchecken!! Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Skvělé ubytování v poklidné lokalitě, ideální pro větší rodiny, nebo osoby se sníženou pohyblivostí, 1NP je celé bezbariérové. Vše nové, plně vybavené a funkční, bylo mi potěšením tu strávit svůj zimní relax . Bazén venku s průzračnou vodou, skvělé na otužování. Na dojezd cca 10-15 široký výběr pláží , parkovací místa na pozemku za elektricky ovládnou branou. Komunikace s hostiteli velice příjemná. Za mne super, rád přijedu zas.
Great accommodation in a quiet location, ideal for larger families or people with reduced mobility, the entire 1st floor is barrier-free. Everything is new, fully equipped and functional, it was a pleasure to spend my winter relaxation here. Pool outside with crystal clear water, great for warming up. A wide selection of beaches within a 10-15-minute drive, parking spaces on the property behind the electrically controlled gate. Very pleasant communication with the owners. Great for me, I would love to come again.

Bilo nam je super u Vili Hedonistra! Ova prekrasna vila ima sve što vam je potrebno za opuštajući odmor. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno, a vlasnici su bili vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi. Uživali smo u privatnom bazenu i terasi, savršenim za opuštanje na suncu.

Vzpomínáme na jarní i podzimní atmosféru v Batvači, Rovinji, prostě celá Istrie. Moře teplé, výlet lodí, delfíni na dohled. Výlety po okolí ukazují na místní architekturu, v Rovinji na bývalou slávu Benátského království. Zmrzlina je lepší italská:) Vila je moderní, dostatečně vybavená a bazén je parádní. Ocenili jsme klid, poctivý a laskavý přístup majitelů. Úklid kvalitní. Rádi se vrátíme.

We remember the spring and autumn atmosphere in Batvac, Rovinj, simply the whole of Istria. Warm sea, boat trip, dolphins in sight. Excursions around the area point to the local architecture, in Rovinj to the former glory of the Kingdom of Venice. The ice cream is better Italian:) The villa is modern, sufficiently equipped and the pool is great. We appreciated the calm, honest and kind attitude of the owners. Quality cleaning. We will be happy to come back.

V dubnu 2022 prožila naše sedmičlenná rodina báječné dva týdny ve vile Hedonistra v Batvači. Libovali jsme si zde v komfortním pohodlí a postupně objevovali blízké okolí. Mimo vyhlášenou Rovinj jsme ocenili i zajímavé městečko Bale - Valle. Navštívili jsme jen asi kilometr vzdálenou a na celé Istrii unikátní sakrální památku z ranného středověku, baziliku Sveta Foška. Těšili jsme se procházkami podél moře kudy vedou i cyklostezky, Barbariga, Peroj, Fažana... Na koupání v moři nebo v bazénu u vily to časně z jara nebylo, přesto jsme si pobyt pobyt krásně užili. Děkujeme manželům Dohnalovým za starostlivou péči a čas který nám věnovali.

Amazing villa in a quite and small village. Very well and moderned furnished, spacious - big kitchen and living room, 4 master bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own big and beautiful bathroom. There is a nice terrace with swimming pool, in the second floor nice balcony. Everything new and nice. Many things are accessible with the car (beaches, supermarketes, different places and cities to visit). We were there as a family with two kids in March. Even we couldn't use the swimming poll and go to the beaches we found a lot of other activities to enjoy and all of us were excited and happy. We really enjoyed our stay and want to come back! Thank you!

Wonderful accomodation, outdoor shower, Nice surroundings suitable for running, we did not miss the sea because of swimming pool, the yard with swimmingpool is situated to the south so there is sunshine all day long but thanks the balcony, there is also possibility to hide in shaddow. 10 minutes to Pula, 10 minutes to Rovinj, there is anything I did not like. We spent here wonderful time.

New modern full-equipped villa, nice area. I highly appreciate the privacy, nice neighbourhood and very agreedable owners. We visited the villa with 2 little children so that I can only recommend to plan here family vacation. We spent 7 days in the villa and we would love to dome back every year.

Villa Hedonistra is a fantastic place. I'm giving it the highest grades. It is modernly and confortable furnished. Cleanliness is at the top level. The owners are lovely people. Although the sea is not far away but my biggest vacation was in the swimming pool and the quiet of the villa, which is away from the city and the bustle of people.

Nice quiet place to relax in complete privacy. Suitable for children. Accommodation level corresponding to the standard. Close to Pula and Rovinj for socializing and at the same time far enough for you to refill your soul in peace. The advantage is a quiet environment even at night.
